My name is Woody Thompson and I'm honored to once again be considered for the position of Cobb County Commissioner.
There is one main issue in the 4th District race:
Who can best provide the leadership necessary to enhance the quality of life that we enjoy today in Southwest Cobb County?
Based on my record as a leader in community service to this district and my previous experience as a two term Commissioner, I can and will provide that leadership.
As your Commissioner I will:
Work for expansion of enterprise work zones for more jobs close to home.
Provide common sense land use decisions, while striving to acquire and protect our green space.
Work to keep District 4 a safe and secure place to live by providing our public safety personnel the best in equipment and training.
Be accessible and responsive to all of the citizens of District 4.
Vote for effective, responsible, and experienced leadership in the November 4th General Election.
